Absolutely. We use real hardwoods and natural materials, so each piece has its own unique grain and character.

Can I request a custom design?

We’d love to hear your idea! Reach out through our contact page, and if it’s a good fit for our process, we’ll see what we can create together.

What is the return policy?

Because each Graymade keepsake is handcrafted in our studio, we gladly accept returns of unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your purchase, please reach out—we’ll make it right.

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Do you offer wholesale?

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order items are considered final sale because they’re created just for you.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Most orders are handcrafted and shipped within 5-10 business days.

Shipping times vary based on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your keepsake is on its way.

Every Graymade keepsake is thoughtfully designed, handcrafted, and packaged in our Midwest studio by our family.

From selecting beautiful hardwoods to the final finishing touches, we carefully create each piece with the hope that it becomes a treasured reminder of your adventures.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

We also offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
